Women who invest in anything are invited to share what they are doing, how they are doing it and what REAL results (positive or negative) they experience with each other once a month! Investing is NOT only a “boys club”!
Speakers have a minimum of 2 plus years of experience and can show profit/receipts. These knowledgeable individuals are also fiduciaries so they are not pitching a scheme which isn’t proven. We have an in-person group in Dallas, exclusive Facebook community, along with the clubhouse learning group.
We charge a monthly subscription fee for access to digital education, Facebook group for help/resources, and access to our in person sponsored (food or beverage) events. Attendees get a free ticket after subscribing to the clubhouse meetings and in-person location in DFW.

She sold over 3 million dollars in residential real estate before transitioning into her current full time syndication role. Originally from Portland Oregon, She founded the Women Who Invest Wednesday networking group in Dallas, which is also digital, and a podcast called #1 leading ladies where she interviews kick-ass women who are disrupting their industry and the REAL story of how they got where they are. She is developing technology to help make it easy and convenient for women to learn how to make passive income through apartment investing-the Shevest app. Kaylee has done home flipping, note buying, active / passive investing in apartments, and sometimes is her own lender as she feels that to be truly confident in giving advice, one should NEVER take advice from someone who has never gone through these things themselves. She is always learning about multifamily business models to get her and her partners the best return on investment.
The entire backbone of what gets Kaylee out of bed every day is her “why”. “Hi, I’m Amanda Williams, also known as “Amanda The Traveling Realtor”. I am in the Top 1% of eXp Realty brokers and influencers, and also own a Short-Term Rental business (like Airbnb) back in Raleigh, NC. We are now purchasing properties worldwide, starting with an over-water bungalow in BELIZE. We call our “tribe” (not team), the World Cappers because our goal is to help our agents and brokers across the Globe CAP and start earning 100% commission with our brokerage model. I’ve been investing since 2008 and pretty much have “Done it All”. Specializing in buying rental properties “Creatively”… I bought 9 homes on owner financing terms in a 12 month period. Turning that same focus into short-term rentals in 2017… I built a short-term Airbnb portfolio of 12 properties generating over 6 digits a year within another 12-month time frame. Today I focus on our now Mid-Term Rental business and teaching other agents how to do what I’ve done.
