Cathy is the owner of Class A Management, LLC. She was certified RTC * AHDP * Tax Credit * Fair Housing * Section 8 Housing Assistance. She received various awards 1996 Outstanding Property Supervisor – Tarrant County, “Best You Can Be” award – Tarrant County, “You Made A Difference” Tarrant Apartment Association Award. Her accomplishments was, Co-developed “Hurst Police Department & Apartment Managers Association” with Assistant Chief Steve Moore and Al Veda. This Association has since been implemented in cities across the U.S., Received numerous awards and recognition from the cities of Hurst, Euless, Irving, Arlington, and Grapevine. Served on the Civic Affairs Community with the Tarrant County Apartment Association (T.A.A.) working directly with Vice-president Janetta of T.A.A., conducting leasing seminars for the Association. Maintain outstanding relationships with city officials and vendors.
