David Saperstein

David Saperstein is the Principal and Co-Founder of a multifaceted investment and consulting firm based in New York City. Prior to founding his company in 2017, Mr. Saperstein worked in the commercial real estate industry primarily in acquisition and asset management related roles for a number of prominent private equity and family office firms. Most notably, Mr. Saperstein worked for Gamma Real Estate, the family office of the Kalikow family, a legacy high net worth family that constructed and developed much of New York City’s skyline for over 100 years.
David has underwritten, acquired, or managed over 5Bn dollars of total capitalized deal flow, and has an asset class specialty in value-add and opportunistic multifamily ventures.
As a leader of an investment and consulting firm, Mr. Saperstein oversees the company’s investment management and consulting branches, and actively consults and manages real estate on behalf of many growing sponsors.
